Detail: Our main focus in our curriculum is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Our main focus in our curriculum is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Kid-Jitsu, making our system a Complete Self-Defense System! The following are some benefits of this art! Brazilian Jiu-jitsu uses control of an attacker instead of striking them. This is similar to the techniques used by Law Enforcement Agencies when arresting criminals. A student can use position, control, and submission to defend him or herself, without using strikes. By approaching negative situations in this way it allows us to protect ourselves in severe situations, and control the situation without throwing punches and badly hurting their opponent. Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a “hands on†art. We practice our self-defense techniques full speed, live. In a dangerous situation you will not need to figure out what to do because you practice it in every class in a fun, effective and safe way. From standing grabs, strikes and abductions to ground grappling, ground strikes and submissions, here at Warrior Defense, you or your child will be equipped to defend yourselves!!
