Detail: Our Mission Statement and Philosophy remain constant, and we intend to provide the same level of service as our Edgemoor community. Zen Martial Arts Center offers specialized training in smaller class sizes, therefore all classes are age and rank specific. An observation room is available upstairs for parents who wish to see their student(s) in action without sitting in the dojo. The learning environment at Zen Martial Arts Center is supportive and family oriented. Optimal physical conditioning is provided to enhance flexibility, endurance and strength. Our karate school participates in local and out of state tournaments to provide hands on preparation for real life experiences.
