Training Uechi-Ryu Karate will help you develop your balance, coordination, concentration, strength and overall physical fitness - while providing you with the fundamental skills of effective self-defense. Our experienced instructors offer training that is open to men and women of all ages and youth 16 and older. On the left side of the page you will find helpful links with information to some of your basic questions. All of our classes are open to the public.
