Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art with over 2000 years of history. Today Taekwondo has evolved into a highly competitive sport making it all the way to the Olympics! There really is no difference between other martial arts and Taekwondo other than place of origin. A-Team Taekwondo helps you develop coordination, self esteem, and creates leaders in all of its practitioners. Our goal at A-Team is to guide our students on a journey of self discovery and mastery of both their bodies and mind. This is done predominantly by teaching the student to persevere and achieve each new belt until they finally achieve their Blackbelt! Taekwondo is for all ages, starting as young as 4 years old. Classes and the curriculum mold to your abilities. Taekwondo could be a great exercise program for your child and you!
