Detail: The head instructor of Shorinkan Family Karate is Sensei Paul Pearson, an internationally certified Black Belt in Shorin-Ryu Shorinkan Karate and Kobudo(weapons). Sensei Pearson trains directly under and is awarded ranking by Hanshi Judan Shugoro Nakazato of Okinawa Japan, Kyoshi Nabil Noujaim of El Centro, CA and his immediate instructor Renshi David Rogers of Paso Robles, CA. Sensei Pearson married his wife Michelle in 1989. Their family moved to Cañon City, CO in the spring of 2006. They have four children that they homeschool and all are involved in Karate. The two youngest started in the Lil' Dragons program.
