Detail: Core Martial Arts & Fitness is a school (dojo) designed to promote positive changes in our student’s lives through the practice of Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and other forms of Martial Arts training. We place an emphasis on physical conditioning, technical skill and mental fortitude, incorporating these skills in all of our classes. Our instructors have a passion for training and work hard to improve their own techniques, fitness, teaching skills and knowledge base.
