We offer classes for children and adults of all ages and abilities including Little Dragons, Children Taekwondo, Adult Taekwondo, Kali, Brazilian Jujitsu, JKD Unlimited/MMA For The Street™ and Cardio Kik-Bo. Our programs build confidence, balance, strength, flexibility, and character by providing students with techniques that allow them to take control of their bodies.
