Detail: Pellegrini’s Evolution Martial Arts & Fitness teaches traditional Korean Tae Kwon Do in Santa Rosa to adults and children starting at 4 years old. Our martial arts facility and its instructors are certified by the Independent Taekwondo Association. Pellegrini’s Evolution Martial Arts & Fitness is the only school in Sonoma County and Northern California that teaches Combat Hapkido. Developed by Grandmaster John Pellegrini in 1990, Combat Hapkido is an extremely realistic and versatile discipline of self protection that includes a variety of strikes, kicks, joint locks, pressure points, grappling and disarming techniques. Also called “The Science of Self-Defenseâ€, Combat Hapkido is ideal for men and women who wish to learn pure self-defense. Our main focus is providing martial arts instruction to children and adults in a fun, safe environment. Our programs center on building a person as a whole: mind, body and spirit. We use the latest techniques and equipment to train, but our teachings are rooted in the principles of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.
