Chief Instructor, Joshua Segal, and most of his staff have been practicing martial arts for most of that time. Whether you are 4, 104, or somewhere in between, we offer a structured, safe and fun program to help you achieve your goals and be your best! Maybe you just want to get in shape or learn how to defend yourself, or maybe you want to become a Black Belt, or maybe you want to own your own martial arts studio someday, whatever you decide you want to do, we can get you there.
