Detail: The purpose for Color and Black Belts is to define the ranking of theoretical and applied knowledge that is acquired by ITF Beginning Students as well as advanced Martial Artist. The International Taekwon-Do Federation Requires comprehensive Knowledge of Taekwon-Do elements which is taught at Mission Sierra Taekwon-Do. All Rank Advancement will be tested on their knowledge and applied skills of TaeKwon-Do: which includes - Basic Fitness, Tuls, Matsogi, Ho sin sul, Gyyeokpa. Each Color Belt contains specific required memorization of Traditional and Scientific knowledge of Taekwon-Do in order to advance to the next belt level. Taekwon-Do is scienfitically designed to teach each student a full understanding of what, why, and how physical skills are performed. It is a requirement to understand Korean Commands for Tournament Activities.
