We have wall-to-wall mirrors, a fully matted workout area, and offer 10th Degree Black Belt Instruction. Since joining Grandmaster Flaherty, we have found a real sense of pleasure and accomplishment in watching so many who have come to us achieve and exceed all expectations, not only gaining self defense knowledge, but in the process also building confidence, raising school grades and losing weight Please consider us for all of your self-defense needs.
