Detail: California Wushu Academy (CWA) was founded in 2000 by Peter Hoogduin, a Black Belt and Professional Coach. Peter has devoted his life to the advancement of Wushu and takes pride in coaching and holding his students to high standards. At CWA, students have fun and are instilled with integrity and a sense of discipline. Students also learn lessons applicable to both physical and mental development so that they are able to achieve greatness in any endeavor. Wushu offers full-body conditioning that develops every muscle. The academy has a low student-teacher ratio, professional coaching and programs that focus on skill mastery rather than rank advancement.
