Detail: We welcome Kids and Adults, from Beginners to Experts! Jiu-Jitsu 101 embraces the Open Style Gym. Our kids programs will have experienced instructors from 5:30pm to 6:30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays. Adults Jiu-Jitsu Mon., Tues., Wed. and Thurs. 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Open Mat on Friday 5pm - 8pm and Saturday mornings at 10am.
