Detail: Nikko Jujitsu School offers the perfect environment for learning and training. Our facilities offer enough space for a single large class or several small groups to work on technique, perform drills, spar, and engage in cardio circuit training. Our flooring system consists of top-quality mats (not the thin blue type that you typically see in gyms), reinforced with additional padding. Three punching/kicking dummies (two full-size, one child-size) are available, as are numerous heavy bags, kick shields, punching pads, and medicine balls. Rubber knives, foam swords, and foam nunchukus are used for weapon work. For those who don't have their own equipment: gloves, foot/shin pads, and headgear are available for use at any time. We provide separate changing rooms and bathrooms for men and women. Benches around the workout area provide a place for parents to relax while their kids participate in class.
