Marcel is an instructor and one of the top black belt competitors for Team CheckMat-- 2008 & 2009 No-Gi Jiu Jitsu World Champions! 3rd place at 2009 & 2010 Jiu Jitsu World Championships. He has also been head Jiu Jitsu coach to UFC fighters Mark Munoz, Jake Ellenberger and James Irvin, and Strikeforce fighter King Mo Lawal.
