Detail: Kung fu is generally an American term to describe Chinese style of martial arts, there are many styles of martial arts today. The most popular arts are (Karate, Taekwondo, Jujitsu, MMA etc.) all trace back to kung fu, at there roots. Unfortunately many styles have lost or removed certain foundational principles of circular motion, angles of attack, precision, mass, energy, and redirection. Some of there arts changed to adapt for different scenarios like tournaments, performances, Sports, and simplified systems to train soldiers for combat. In Red Tiger Kung Fu you will learn the vital foundational and principles of advanced self defense techniques and forms of Kung Fu and development of life skills, those skills include discipline, respect, courage, honor, humility and many more.
