Detail: USTT teaches a wide range of Taekwondo and Hapkido techniques; for example, punches, blocks, kicks, close range personal and self-defense, free style and Olympic style sparring, stretching, breaking and falling techniques, how to throw an opponent, breathing control and weapons. At USTT we focus on the physical aspect of martial arts as well as the mental attitude of the student. We also encourage self-discipline, perseverance and fair behavior with others.
