Detail: We believe that “the martial arts are for everyone, but not every martial art is for everyoneâ€. That is why we offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) & Aikido taught by professional, internationally certified instructors. In order to maintain their purity and tradition, each art is taught separately by instructors that specialize in their respective art. Students can specialize in one art, or train in any art they choose at any time. We have a full line of work out equipment, cardio equipment, and dumbbells. We also offer fun group fitness classes such as; Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Bag Boxing, & Combat Conditioning. Meditation, Nutrition, & Chiropractic round out our services.
