Detail: This class is especially for younger children. Students will learn at a regulated pace to ensure that they grasp and remember techniques and lessons. Lessons are structured to keep the children's attention through high energy and fun training that is also balanced with in depth concepts and learning. Classes will cover basic Non Contact kicking, striking and blocking techniques, forms, contact sparring with gear, board breaking, warmups and stretching.
