Detail: IKF was founded in 1966 by Sensei Chuzo Kotaka.  He is currently a 9th dan black belt and is one of the best Karate instructors in the world.   Many of Sensei Kotaka's students have attained National and World titles and have won numerous awards.   IKF has more than 16 locations on Oahu, Hawaii, and locations in California, Oregon and Washington.
