Detail: Taekwondo offers students much more than physical fitness. This ancient art is based on techniques developed 2000 years ago and teaches and fosters self-confidence, respect self-defense, energy and pride. Techniques that are prevalent within Tae Kwon Do revolve around the variety of stances, strikes, blocks, and attacks that are aggressive while defending first, then attacking any weaknesses which are found.
