Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is the best grappling martial art in the world, encompassing Judo and Wrestling-style takedowns, positioning, pins, joint locks, body locks, and chokes to subdue an opponent. Who is the instructor? I am Adam Gonzalez, and I have over 6 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Judo. I am a purple belt under Ricardo "Franjinha" Miller (Paragon Founder) and Aurelio Gallegos Jr. (Head of CC Paragon). I am a Judo green belt under black belt Che Valdez. Do I have to be athletic to do Jiu-jitsu? Big or small, tall or short, old or young, male or female... ANYONE can do Jiu-jitsu. All it takes is a little courage and the will to learn. And what can I get out of it? You will learn the art and sport of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. You will gain the ability to defend yourself, and the sense of self-confidence that comes with it. And you will also get into shape faster than you ever thought you could!
