Detail: U.S. Martial Arts Training Center offers Olympic Taekwondo, Olympic Judo, Cardio Kick Boxing for ages 4+. Master Rhonda Payne (7th Dan), has been teaching for over 30+ years and in doing so has helped mold and instill self discipline to all of her students. Many students over the years continue to train and/or visit her from 30 years ago! Sensei Bonner also brings 40+ years in Olympic Judo which creates a balance and diversity to the training USMATC has to offer. San Antonio has several karate or martial arts schools to choose from. However, Master Payne brings a unique insight as a female instructor which you can feel the moment you enter the school. At USMATC you will find a martial arts school with compassion and support for our students as our program is a “personal best†and we strive to carry a strong family atmosphere. Challenging all students even beyond black belt, Master Payne holds several gold medals from state to national fighting competitions.
