Detail: SPAR MMA specializes in Mixed Martial Arts Training and Fitness Conditioning in a positive team atmosphere. We also offer personal fitness training, MMA style boot camps and Youth MMA "after school" training programs. Mixed Martial Arts is an ever-evolving combative sport that can be used to fine tune your physical, mental and emotional state of well being. We focus on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing fundamentals, conditioning, balance and control to create Speed, Power, Agility and Reaction or (SPAR). Although not required, SPAR students compete with great success in State BJJ tournaments throughout Texas in San Antonio, Dallas, Austin and Houston. Our expansion includes future group trips to training camps in Thailand and Brazil as well.
