Our Tae Kwon Do programs are divided into Children's, Adult's and Family Classes. Please contact us for a free introductory lesson. Most people join our program for fitness and not to become World Champion Fighters, although some people take it to next level. You will however enhance your self-defense skills as we teach correct technique while providing a safe and efficient workout. The students learn how to perform proper punches, kicks, knees, and footwork. Classes are always different in order to avoid boring repetition. Each class will challenge you physically and mentally. We develop a “team†attitude in class encouraging each other throughout each session.
