Detail: UMAATC caters to every member of the family, regardless of your current age, physical shape/disability or experience level. Men, women and children from as young as 2 years to over 90 years can find fun and fitness in our classes. Our Lil Dragons classes are for children ages 2 to 4, the Lil Ninjas classes are for children ages 5 to 7. We also offer the Kids Kicks classes are for ages 8-12, plus the Teen and Adult Kenpo Karate. Our Silver Fox classes are for those over the age of 50. Sifu Mack has worked with students that have many physical challenges including students in wheelchairs, with prosthetics, that were blind or deaf. We truly offer classes and training for EVERYONE in your family. Each class offers a combination of skills and techniques, plus character development, along with physical fitness conditioning, and lots of good, clean fun!
