Today crime has grown tremendously within our neighborhoods, schools, work and public places as stadiums, movies theaters, etc. There is no way to know what is waiting for us around the corner, so we must be always prepared for the worst. With our programs the students explore their abilities to expand the mind, body, self discipline, self confidence. Each student trains with people of different ages, heights, speeds in order to learn their own strengths and weaknesses.
