The team and students are friendly and welcome newcomers and seasoned fighters alike. Upland MMA prides itself in its trainers, gym, and safety. Our coaches are still active competitors in the sport, and are all passionate about teaching. We take copious amounts of time, often staying hours after the gym has closed, to make sure our gym and equipment are clean and in good maintenance.
