I took classes here when I was younger, yes it was tough yes it took dedication, yes sometimes it took your breath away, but it builds strength, strength in places you dont have any. It builds strength physicaly, it builds strength emotionaly, but most importantly it builds strength mentally. I hope you take this class and get the most out of this... I wish I did.
