Program Name: COBRA Self Defense
Program Address: 981 E Parkerville Rd, Cedar Hill TX
Contact Phone: (214) 773-8213

Detail: We are a unique group of martial artists who believe that martial arts training should be more than just punches and kicks. We believe we should be serving our community with what we learn in the school. Training takes place in a formal atmosphere with an emphasis on etiquette and self-control as well as physical ability. Training is generally divided into the practice of stretching, basic techniques, conditioning and sparring. Our karate style is called Neshamat Elohim (God_Breathed) which Master Steve Pinder formulated from his black belts in Matsumura Seito Shorin Ryu, Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Hem Kai and training in Muay Thai and Jui-Jitsu. Head instructor David Skelton has been with Master Pinder since 2003 and remains one of his lead instructors. He is the first black under him to open a school.
