Detail: Our martial arts and fitness classes are designed to encourage positive mental changes in attitude & confidence while improving physical appearance, stamina, strength, coordination, and agility. In our martial arts classes we teach Krav Maga, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu (Jujutsu/Jujitsu) & Karate. We offer certified rank promotions in Krav Maga, MMA, and Karate. We also offer unique & action packed fitness classes with aerobic & anaerobic conditioning and a martial art twist. In addition to martial arts, fitness training, and personal training our licensed massage therapists will provide a customized massage therapy session specific to your goals, health/medical history, schedule, and budget; reducing stress, tension, and pain allowing you to feel better physically & mentally.
