Detail: Oak Ridge School of Soo Bahk Do teaches Moo Duk Kwan, a Traditional Korean Martial Art. We are a certified training studio, and member of the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation. Located at 366 East Tennessee Avenue, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, we provide training in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan, incorporating self-defense techniques (Ho Sin Sool), forms (Hyung), one step sparring (Il Soo Sik Dae Ryun), and breaking techniques (Kyok Pa), all in a non-contact format. Training classes are held Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, for both youth classes and adult classes. Private lessons are available. There are no annual fees, and no contracts are required.
