Detail: We are excited to announce that TBJJA will soon have it own self defense program. Originally we were going to start this program August 1st but now will start it the first week for September. This will be unlike any other program offered in the area and our curriculum will be fun and realistic for the street and on the mat. This program is for the individual who has not want or need to learn sport martial arts. We are going to combine some of the best techinquest from all martial arts that will realastically work in the street. I am so excited about this class that we are going to offer it FREE for the first 30 days. I have been a Martial artist for over 20 years of my life and have competed at the highest level available for Jiu Jitsu and I have fought pro MMA fights. Currently I run our academy and all of our martial arts are based for Sports. yes naturally you will have more tools available than the average person on the street, but some things you use in sports martial arts do not translate over to street self defense.
