U-Yong is a fourth degree black belt who has practice her skill for over fifteen years. She has been the owner and master instructor at Blythewood Tae Kwon Do since 1999. Over 100 of her students have attained the Black Belt rank and many have won or placed in national tournaments. Instructor U-Yong comes from Korea and has the unique skills and knowledge necessary to train students worldwide in the martial arts. With U-Yong’s special skills people with all levels of ability are helped to become the best they can be. Learning Tae Kwon Do is a rewarding, enjoyable and interesting experience that takes persistence and patience. Students are expected to learn and follow the six tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit, and Humility.
