Our Korean, Ivy-League-educated masters have developed a curriculum that encompasses both the traditional and sport sides of Taekwondo. Students improve focus and discipline through the practice of forms and meditation; those with an interest in training for competition have the opportunity to also take our Olympic-style Taekwondo classes.
