Detail: The America's Best Karate East Coast system of martial arts instruction is currently available in Manheim, Pennsylvania. America’s Best Karate has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts and we're honored to have offered this time-honored system and our services to Lancaster County since September of 2003. ABKEC originated from the initial ABK program founded in 1982 by five time World Champion and Black Belt Hall of Fame Inductee, George Chung. Our expert instructors offer programs for physical fitness and instruction in the martial arts, including a highly skilled and specialized weapons program. Since 2003, America’s Best Karate East Coast has offered martial arts instruction and a school certification in the blended Korean arts of TAEKWONDO, HAPKIDO & KUMDO. Because we have no association, affiliation or outside governing body, no additional fees are attached to ranking and certification that would otherwise be passed on to the student body. This diversified blend of the arts works wonders for physical and mental well being. Regular participation improves self-confidence, enhances focus, sharpens coordination, quickens reflexes, tones muscles and increases overall strength.
