Detail: Established in 1983 by Sr. Master Mario Cancelliere- 8th dan (USTC) under the "EL" (Elevated Station) in the Frankford section of Philadelphia , the USTC-RED TIGER has become one of the most recognizable and respected martial arts organizations of ITF-style Taekwon-do in the area. With various locations throughout Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, the USTC hopes to spread Taekwon-do to students of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds. Through its family discounted programs, no contractual agreements, flexible hours and variety of classes, the USTC-Red Tiger demonstrates its commitment to students of all ages and abilities.
