If you have the time we encourage both children and parents to attend classes together. Our hope (even with tight schedules) is to give you something that will last a lifetime...time with your children, time to be fit, time to think and the invaluable tool of self defense. We have a serious outlook on traditional karate but also have a good time doing it.
