Detail: At East Penn Martial Arts Center, we help kids develop Self Confidence, Concentration and Focus, Self Discipline and Self Defense. We begin by teaching Basic Self Discipline, Self Respect as well as Respect for Others, this allows the children to become more aware of themselves and their surroundings. From the day the children begin and throughout their instruction as teens through adulthood we teach “Life Skillsâ€. This encompasses the sum total of the Mixed Martial Arts, including Self Defense, Grappling, Sparring, Weapons Training, Tae Kwon Do and Kickboxing. East Penn Martial Arts Center classes are taught in a Fun, Safe and Exciting environment. The parents are always welcome and invited to observe and be an active part of what their children are learning and how they are developing into better citizens. At East Penn Martial Arts Center, our Goal is to help our students achieve a Healthy Mind and Body.
