Detail: Our karate classes are broken down into 3 groups the Little Ninjas (ages 4 to 6), the Juniors (ages 7 to 12), and the Adults. Our Little Ninja's class teach skills as balance, coordination, focus, self control, memory, fitness, and teamwork with an emphasis on good manners and just clean fun. Our Juniors class and Adults class use a rotating curriculum with a special emphasis each month.
