We are the area's Premier Mixed Martial Arts Training Center with the most diverse training programs around. Team NonStop is dedicated in utilizing our MMA,Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing,Submission Wrestling or Jr. MMA programs to enhance and complement your self defense skills while increasing your level of fitness, confidence and respect. We offer affordable martial arts classes and private, small group or family lessons. Team NonStop's mission is to not only exist in the Erie community but to be an actual part of the community by helping spread the benefits of martial arts training while helping to contribute in the development of respectful, disciplined and fit residents and future adults of the Erie community. Our martial arts classes are conducted in a positive, humble and friendly atmosphere with the emphasis on helping each student achieve their goals. Our coaches are some of the best, most experienced and most decorated champions in the Pennsylvania area. Our coaches have kick boxing/boxing experince and are Jiu-Jitsu champions,top level mixed martial artists, multi state champions, AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates) certified and professional and amateur MMA fighters. Our facility has a mixed martial arts 22ft cage, mat space to accommodate any size class and plenty of training bags and pads. No matter what age or skill level you are, NonStop Fitness & Mixed Martial Arts has the right program for you. We offer more than 10 classes per week.
