Detail: Rogue Valley Martial Arts is a fitness training facility focusing on helping individuals reach their goals through building confidence. Traditions such as Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Greco-Roman wrestling and others, are incorporated to provide only the most functional techniques pertaining to self-defense. Students from all ages and levels train in a safe, friendly, clean environment. Ethics, integrity & the code of honor that make martial arts a practice above and beyond other forms of physical training are emphasized at RVMA. When trained properly, the martial arts will humble the bold and empower the meek. The confidence projected by one who can properly defend themselves, is often enough to deter a potential adversary and send them on a less difficult route. It is our hope that RVMA will provide not just a center for martial arts training & physical fitness, but also a place for personal growth and realizing ones full potential.
