Detail: We here at Mikey's Gym are very excited, because at this very time our Head Coach Mikey Burnett is in the midst of a week-long intensive training retreat with the world famous grappling Master Eddie Bravo. Coach Mikey will be back next week and he will undoubtedly be returning with new techniques and viewpoints to make him an even more amazing teacher. Be sure to come by and check us out! Mikey's Gym is a world-class mixed martial arts training academy, offering classes in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taiji Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation with more classes and training systems coming soon. We at Mikey's Gym understand that people have many different reasons for studying martial arts. Whether you are an experienced martial artist looking to advance your skills, or a beginner looking for your first Martial arts class, Mikey's Gym has just what you need. Our Grand Opening was on Saturday Oct. 1st 2011. Since then we have continued to grow in membership and in number of classes offered. Check out our Kids Grappling class as well as our Mindfulness Meditation class, and of course we offer Mikey Burnett's Freestyle Martial Arts!!!
