Detail: We teach a system of MMA, meaning we teach both stand up fighting as well as a ground fighting system. Our stand up is primarily Wing Chun, Southern Shaolin, and White Lotus Boxing. Grappling on the ground is with Shuai Chiao, Brazilian Jiujitsu, 10th Planet Jiujitsu, and Judo all combined into one grappling curriculum
