Detail: We offer courses in traditional tae kwon do and cardio-fit kickboxing. In addition, we will give self-defense seminars to your youth group, scout group etc. With our traditional tae kwon do classes, we focus on the philosophy, the values and traditional forms and techniques. We teach Olympic style sparring and have a competition team that trains for State and National Championships. Our cardio-fit kickboxing classes will give you a total body workout and what a great way to relieve the stress of your workday as well as improve your overall health! Our self-defense seminars focus on awareness and simple, yet effective, techniques that can be practiced and used by the smallest child.
