Our newly expanded studio includes two boxing rings, two cages, huge bag area, separate room for our amazing Conditioning and Yoga classes, and a truly unique area for functional strength training to take your game to the next level. In addition to training professional and amateur fighters, we provide results-based team and individual coaching, as well as mixed martial arts and conditioning for children ages 3-12.
