Classes are scheduled for various ages and belt levels in order to accommodate the need for differences in instructional styles between children and adults. Our martial arts style is a blend of traditional and modern day Mixed Martial Arts training. It is a state of the art martial arts system for the 21st century. Our base is Tae Kwon Do, a Korean style of Martial Arts. Our Martial Arts system also includes Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Escrima (Filipino stick and knife defense), Brazilian Jujitsu (submission grappling), NHB (ground fighting), and Chinese and Japanese weapons training, as well as practical street self-defense techniques, in order to develop well-rounded Martial Artists. Our goal is not only to develop Black Belts in Martial Arts but Black Belts in life. Our instructors are here to teach and guide you every step of the way in the development of your martial arts skills. They will help you develop self-discipline, build your self-confidence, enhance your ability to focus, improve your conditioning, balance, coordination and self- defense skills, and keep you physically fit and challenged.
