In Nae Taekwondo Founded in January of 2010 In Nae Taekwondo currently runs in coordination with the Greater Glenville YMCA in Scotia, NY and operates out of 270 Saratoga Road Scotia, NY 12302 and is led by 5Th Degree Black Belt Master Timothy Tocco. Master Tocco has over 23 years of Martial Arts experience. IN NAE TAEKWONDO is a Soctia base Martial Arts school for children and adults. We have a full schedule of classes during the week and on Saturday. Our students range from beginners to advanced competitors. Classes meet three days during the week and on the weekend, we hold an elite training class, which consists of advanced competitors training to become national or internationally ranked athletes. In addition, we feature an Extreme Fit classes during the week available to all. Our student body consists of students ranging from ages of 4 to 65 years of age. So whatever your age, and whatever your physical condition, it's never to late to start!. We offer a unique training system which integrates modern sport science and the fighting arts. This comprehensive program is designed to develop proficiency in Olympic-style Taekwondo and to enhance general athletic performance. To achieve these program objectives, IN NAE TAEKWONDO utilizes a multi-faceted training approach. Athletes with well-rounded fighting skills are developed by incorporating instruction in Traditional Taekwondo, Sport Taekwondo and Extreme Fit. This martial arts curriculum is complemented by a formal strength and conditioning program. At every age and skill level, functional exercise is utilized to improve the physical attributes necessary for success in all competitive sports. For those athletes committed to competing at the national level in Olympic-style sparring, IN NAE TAEKWONDO provides the opportunity to qualify for membership on the prestigious PEAK PERFORMANCE NATIONAL TEAM. By visiting our advanced classes, you will see some of the best nationally-ranked adult and junior athletes in action. We are especially interested in learning more about your objectives for training and will do assist you in achieving them. We offer one of best programs in the country for those who are interested in competing and making the national team. Mr. Timothy Tocco is the owner and head instructor of In Nae Taekwondo. Mr. Tocco is a 5th degree black belt recognized by the World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Taekwondo is a true Martial Art, originating over 2000 years ago, with its roots in ancient Korea. Today, it is the world's most widely practiced Martial Art. As the name implies, Taekwondo is more than a sport, it is a way of life. Taekwondo is a modern Martial Art, characterized by its fast, high flying and spinning kicks. Taekwondo became an Official Olympic Sport at the 2000 Summer Olympics.
