Adults experience “Fitness with a Purpose†as they get in great shape while learning valuable self defense skills in our Adult Martial Arts and Fitness Kickboxing Program. We also offer Martial Arts Demonstrations, Safety Workshops (Adult Street Self Defense, Bullying Prevention, Stranger Safety), Birthday Parties and more!
