We offer classes for all age groups from our childrens class to our teens and adults classes. We have specialty classes as well like our Kardio Kickboxing. This class gives you what you really want most, a fit and trim body. We will kick your butt when needed while still keeping all our classes enjoyable and have you wanting more. There are birthday parties that can be scheduled on the weekends(imagine the smile on your child's face when they are doing some of the moves they see in the movies up front and personal? Then they learn those moves themselves as well.) Personal training is available for those of you who are not ready for a group class or simple want the individual instruction and results from this kind of training. We have been teaching in the CNY area since 1980. We live and work in the same places that many of our students come from. North American Goju is a comprehensive system of Martial arts composed of many techniques from various styles. The techniques range from simple basics to complex advance theory of movement and application. Our base is Goju Ryu and Aikijutsu. We have also incorporated techniques from Wing chun, Taekwondo and Judo. This incorporation of styles allows for a capable student to defend themselves in ultimately any given situation against most types of aggression whether its physical or mental. We specialize in multiple attackers training scenarios.
